  1. I think Minister Richards has no shortage of gear, for starters.

    That said, I’m not bothered by his personal photos that he chose to share on his social media outlets, etc. And neither should any of us. There’s talk about him needing to dress appropriately if he’s meeting the athletes, etc., and I get that angle as you’re in the capacity of the Minister of Sport for Bermuda at that point.

    1. not sure – if you are posing with an official sign saying you are a minister, should you be dressed as a minister? He is on taxpayers’ money,mon official business – should there be a dress code?

      1. If you have an official sign then I would tend to agree, dress the part. If that lanyard had only said “Sylvan Richards – Bermuda” and then on the back the purpose of his owning the pass, maybe it would be more palatable? After some more thought, I do realize that it was specifically a business trip… although at that point when are you allowed to ‘dress down’? What if he had time between athlete or business meetings and wanted to catch say a basketball match?
